Muskoka Mad Tom IPA

Brewery: Muskoka Brewery, Bracebridge, ON
Style: India Pale Ale
ABV: 6.4%
Availability: Year-round; bottles at LCBO, The Beer Store and Muskoka retail store

Slightly hazy golden with a thin pure-white head. Aroma of grapefruit and peach, a bit of pine, fresh cut grass, and lightly toasted grain. Crisp and clean body, refreshing on the palate. Very hop-forward flavour - tons of grapefruit and orange zest popping off the top, lingering pine resin in the finish - but also hint of subtle malt sweetness to offer a suggestion of balance. A really solid IPA in the American style.
